An Atlanta native, Kathy has been an avid work out enthusiast for 25 years. After years of weight training, she was introduced to the Lagree Fitness method while living in London. Quick results from the classes combined with the fast pace and she was hooked immediately.The mixture of core, cardio and strength training make this total body work out challenging and the numerous combinations of exercises keep the work out new and interesting. Mastering the technique and increasing your skill level becomes habit forming. Sebastian Lagree, inventor of the Megaformer™ has trained Kathy in the Lagree Fitness method of instruction.
Kathy Carroll brings 9 years of teaching experience as an AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) group certified fitness instructor and Yoga Instructor 200hr-RYT with YogaWorks. She is Yoga Alliance member and holds specialized Certifications in Pilates Matwork SCW, Group Body Strength SCW, Barre Basics SCW, Functional Flexibility SCW, Bender Ball SCW, Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle and Water Aerobics. Kathy is currently teaching at Sculpted Body in East Cobb and is trained in Lagree Fitness method, she also teaches Barre Sculpt LLC, Candlelight Yoga, All Levels Yoga and Chair Yoga for seniors. Kathy’s fitness philosophy is centered on the belief that a combination of fun and hard work balanced with sensible nutrition is the key to good health and total wellness. No matter what format she is teaching, her students are her top priority. Kathy brings warmth and undeniable energy to each of her classes and gives individual attention to each student.
Rebecca fell in love with fitness at an early age. She began teaching group exercise classes at the YMCA in 1996 and continued to teach throughout college with a concentration on special populations. After earning her Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Health Sciences in 2001, she began to focus on individualized fitness and physical therapy. Rebecca first discovered Sculpted Body as a client and has been hooked ever since. She began teaching in 2016 after completing her 200-RYT certification and continues to grow and inspire, bringing her passion to every class she teaches.
Lydia has been a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast and she enjoys an active lifestyle. As an athlete, coach and Fitness Figure NPC qualifier Lydia brings a weight training and anatomy defined approach to her Sculpted Body workouts. Lydia has spent 25 years working alongside physical therapists, professional sports trainers and body builders as well as weight training mentors. Trained in the Lagree method, her focus is to offer key movements within the 50 minute workout to isolate the muscle groups, strengthen, lengthen and tone.
Once a client herself, Lydia loves the results from the Sculpted Body workout. “It is humbling and effective all in 50 minutes”. She makes it her mission to get to know each client’s individual needs.
Stephanie is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with a life-long passion for dance and fitness. In her 25+ years in the fitness industry she has taught Barre Sculpt, Step, Dance Aerobics and Ballet. She is thrilled to help her clients achieve a sculpted physique, increased flexibility and core strength, as well as the cardiovascular benefits that the Megaformer provides in a 50 minute total body workout. An advocate for the advantages of being fit and healthy, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the clients of Sculpted Body. Stephanie has been trained and certified in the Lagree Fitness method by Sebastien Lagree.
Nancy is an AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) group certified fitness instructor, specializing in Barre Sculpting, Group Specialty Body Strength and Golden Hearts (Senior’s). Certifications also include Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Sentao, Zumba Pro Skills, Bender Barre Method, and Aqua Certification through SCW.
Nancy is currently teaching at Sculpted Body East Cobb and is trained in Lagree fitness method, she also teaches Barre Sculpt LLC, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Senior Fitness and Fun, Aqua and Chair Dance for Senior’s.
Nancy has always had a passion for fitness and brings high energy to her classes. She makes it her goal to make her workouts interesting and challenging so that her clients keep coming back for more. She loves working with all ages whether it be the young adult or the young at heart.
