The revolutionary Megafomer™ invented by international fitness expert Sebastein Lagree, is designed to strengthen, tighten and tone the entire body. Based on the “Pilates Principals” but much more intense and dynamic, this total body work out incorporates core, cardio, balance and strength training. Our 50 minute classes are energizing yet low impact and easy on the joints.
ALL fitness levels are welcome as the exercises have modifications to adapt to various levels of ability. Our small group sessions with only 8 people per class allow our trained instructors to offer personalized instruction.

An Atlanta native, Kathy has been an avid work out enthusiast for over 25 years. After years of weight training, she was introduced to the Lagree Fitness method while living in London. Quick results from the classes combined with the fast pace and she was hooked immediately.The mixture of core, cardio and strength training make this total body work out challenging and the numerous combinations of exercises keep the work out new and interesting. Mastering the technique and increasing your skill level becomes habit forming. Sebastian Lagree, inventor of the Megaformer™ has trained Kathy in the Lagree Fitness method of instruction.
A native of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Angie’s fitness journey started shortly after her daughter was born. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, certified as a Les Mills GRIT coach and has been teaching HIIT classes since 2014. Angie loves the small group training method and how it motivates participants to get fit. She has found a true passion in helping others and chose to further her skills as a Personal Trainer. Angie tried Sculpted Body with a friend and immediately loved the workout. She feels the small group setting is a great fit for her training style. Angie brings fun, a positive attitude and an encouraging style to every workout!
Amy has been a group fitness instructor since 2010 when she began teaching yoga in Minneapolis. In 2020 she and her husband and 2 children relocated to Atlanta. After launching a career in real estate and personal training she realized how much she missed teaching group fitness. After trying Lagree fitness Amy felt it was a great fit. She also teaches group fitness at Life Time. In her free time Amy loves meeting new people, spreading positive energy and spending time with friends and family.
Candice Wells is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with specialized training in the Lagree Method as well as Barre, Practical Pilates, Yoga and Therapeutic Immersion. Candice’s mission is to encourage each client to gain increased strength and confidence as they work to reach their own personal goals. She enjoys choreographing each class format and sequence to be both physically challenging and efficient while providing a safe, nurturing, energetic and most importantly FUN environment where everyone can feel successful.
Originally from Los Angeles, KayCee discovered Lagree in 2022. Beginning as a student at Sculpted Body and loving the method, she decided to train to instruct with the goal to empower students. A certified USFSA competitive figure skater, KayCee competed for 10 years. She approaches teaching from an athletes perspective, helping students optimize their bodies for performance on and off the Megaformer. She is passionate about making Lagree accessible to all demographics.
Sammi grew up in Marietta always having a passion for fitness and movement. She was a competitive cheerleaders for 10 years before an ACL injury forced her to focus on rehabilitation and strengthening. While in college she was introduced to Lagree and fell in love with the method. She feels it has transformed her body by strengthening her physique and core. As a client she logged over 200 hours perfecting her technique. Sammi makes it her goal to provide quick transitions and moves that challenge her clients to provide the best results possible.
Lydia has been a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast and she enjoys an active lifestyle. As an athlete, coach and Fitness Figure NPC qualifier Lydia brings a weight training and anatomy defined approach to her Sculpted Body workouts. Lydia has spent 25 years working alongside physical therapists, professional sports trainers and body builders as well as weight training mentors. Trained in the Lagree method, her focus is to offer key movements within the 50 minute workout to isolate the muscle groups, strengthen, lengthen and tone. Once a client herself, Lydia loves the results from the Sculpted Body workout. “It is humbling and effective all in 50 minutes”.
Michelle grew up in Roswell and East Cobb. She began her fitness journey 13 years after being introduced to group fitness. She is trained in Body Attack, Body Flow, Body Combat & Les Mills Barre. In addition, Michelle continued her knowledge and learning by receiving Advance Instructor status in these programs. But there was always room for more. She found the Megaformer at Sculpted Body. “Fitness is my hobby, it’s a lifestyle for me and I love new challenges”. When she’s not teaching, Michelle is a full time Mom to 4 kids. She and husband, Trey, live in Roswell.
Nancy is trained in the Lagree Fitness method and has been teaching at Sculpted Body for the past 5 years. She is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor. Certifications include Zumba, Bender Barre Method, and an Aqua Certification. Nancy has always had a passion for fitness and brings high energy to her classes. She makes it her goal to make her workouts interesting and challenging so that her clients keep coming back for more. She loves working with all ages whether it be the young adult or the young at heart.
Noel is a classically trained dancer who was a pre-professional with the Atlanta Ballet. She was introduced to Sculpted Body as a client and became hooked. “The Megaformer combines the art of controlled movement with an emphasis on alignment, core strength, mobility, stamina and balance. It’s an all-in-one workout like no other.” Noel is a management consultant and loves playing outdoors with her 2 teenagers. She is also a dedicated dancer, yogi, and cyclist.
An Atlanta native Rachel has been interested in health and fitness since high school. In the Summer 2018, and Rachel was introduced to Lagree Fitness and Sculpted Body. The intense workout and changes to her physique, made Lagree Rachel’s favorite method of working out. Rachel is trained in the Lagree Method and when she is not teaching at Sculpted Body, she is a high school special education teacher. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring Atlanta and all it has to offer!
Stephanie is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor with a life-long passion for dance and fitness. In her 25+ years in the fitness industry she has taught Barre Sculpt, Step, Dance Aerobics and Ballet. She is thrilled to help her clients achieve a sculpted physique, increased flexibility and core strength, as well as the cardiovascular benefits that the Megaformer provides in a 50 minute total body workout. An advocate for the advantages of being fit and healthy, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the clients of Sculpted Body. Stephanie has been trained and certified in the Lagree Fitness method by Sebastien Lagree.
Originally from Macon, Barbara's love of fitness began early as a competitive gymnast and dancer. She became certified to teach group fitness while still in high school. Barbara fell in love with Lagree after taking her first class in 2012, and has been an avid student of the method ever since. She enjoys working with clients in a group setting, helping them achieve their fitness goals while benefiting physically and mentally from the workout. While not teaching or taking a Lagree class you will find Barbara running around town with her 4 teenagers, 2 dogs, and her husband.
A native of Maryland, Tracy was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast in high school and college. She always enjoyed group fitness and running, participating in several half marathons. Tracy discovered Sculpted Body in 2012 and as a client has logged over 1000 classes. She retired from the corporate world in 2024 and joined our team of instructors. Tracy enjoys choreographing fun challenging classes helping her clients achieve great results, as well as the camaraderie that comes with small group fitness.
Nancy, originally from Milwaukee, has been passionate about health and fitness since college. Over the years, she has explored various cardio and strength training workouts, but nothing has transformed her body like the Lagree method. A dedicated client at Sculpted Body since its early days, she fell in love with the workout’s intensity and effectiveness. As an instructor Nancy is excited to share her knowledge and help others build strength, endurance, and confidence through Lagree. Her goal is to challenge and motivate others while making classes both effective and rewarding.
